Easy Protein Pancake Bowl This is a quick and easy breakfast option packed with protein for a morning treat in under 5 mins. Add around 70g of pancake mix, ½ banana, and about 30ml egg whites into a microwave safe container. Mix all together with an optional ½ scoop of protein powder (this boosts the protein content but does change the consistency slightly). Microwave for 90 secs then add your favourite toppings!
