We froze tomatoes in large zip-style freezer bags (wash & cut into quarters) and freeze until you have a big batch. Then processed in a big pot over an outdoor burner. They are then run through a Squeezo (food mill) to remove seeds and skins. We will cook down the tomato puree to make pasta sauce.
