Whitehall Montana is a small town of approximately 3,000 (1,100 in the town itself) residents nestled in the Jefferson valley, along the I-90 corridor, 26 miles east of Butte and 60 miles West of Bozeman.
City Court is held and located at the old Town Hall location of 2 N. Whitehall Street. The Judge is in Whitehall on the second and fourth Wednesday of every month. Court starts at 1:30 pm. Contact Court Clerk Allissa Christensen with questions at (406) 210-8629.

Whitehall's Fire Department is all Volunteer Department Consisting of three organizations working together. The Whitehall Volunteer Fire Department and the Town of Whitehall Fire Department have been protecting the town of Whitehall since 1898.
In order to conduct business in the Town of Whitehall, you must obtain a business license. Please fill out an application and have it to Town Hall no later than 12pm the Wednesday before the scheduled Planning Board meeting.
