Like others have said, massages are 100% worth it. If you're going to a traditional "Day Spa," manicures and pedicures are way overpriced, IMO. I also think facials are worth the money depending on the type you need.

There are probably showers and hair driers. You could wear a normal swimsuit, no one should be naked unless there is a sauna, and even then you could wear a towel.
