Aug 25, 2024 · Hello, I was offered free o2 SIM card and free Disney plus by virgin as part of a new package deal. I am now being charged by o2 and they would not provide free Disney. Shouldn’t these charges show up as discounted from my virgin bill if o2 want to charge me? I’ve spoken to them and they have no record of this being a free sim.

Does Ebul V3 need to be connected to the Router?
It uses its built in SIM card to connect to the network and the person receiving the call will see the SIM number of the EBUL (starting 07). Anybody can call the EBUL phone if they have its SIM number and ONLY the EBUL phone will ring. When used unconnected to the router you may not hear a regular dial tone from its handset when picked up.

Aug 13, 2024 · I have a SIM card dongle attached to the router too and that doesn't kick in when it should either. It's a CHITA router and I use my own router for the WiFi as the router is really poor (even the engineers recommended I set it to be a proxy to the VM network)

Nov 13, 2024 · I signed up to a package deal with a £5 a month o2 sim card 18 months ago. I now no longer use virgin media as I have moved abroad. I am still getting charged for the o2 sim card despite never using it. I can’t log into o2 because I don’t have the sim card with me and I can’t get hold of anyone to cancel this contract.

Now I've renewed VM though, and have all the VOLT benefits applied, I would like to take out a different (cheaper) Sim Only deal with O2, but still with VOLT benefits so I don't lose them on the VM side (basically I want my Wifi Pods to carry on working).
