They slept 4 hours, woke up, did some work (even visited friends at 2 or 3 am) and then went back to sleep. I tried to sleep only 3-4 hours a day... so far I sleep around 1 or 2 am and wake up at 6 am... then in the afternoon I take a one hour nap.
People who sleeps less than 6 hours a day but remain productive..
