This screen is tall and exceptionally good, the two-light divisions having ogee heads. The tracery is in two tiers, that is to say there is a transom with tracery below in addition to the ogee arches above with thin tracery. At Tivetshall diaper patterns alternate with heraldic motifs.

Four panels from a Devonshire rood screen, painted in oils with" The Adoration of the Magi," were given by Viscount Lascelles (Plate 46). The subject is treated as a continuous composition, the figures being arranged in compartments formed of Gothic tracery decorated in colours and gilt.
