Seoul to waive Namsan tunnel tolls for southbound traffic
Jan 4, 2024 · The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced on Thursday that it will continue levying tolls of 2,000 won ($1.5) for those entering downtown through Namsan Tunnel Nos. 1 and 3 but not for those traveling the opposite way.
