Apr 7, 2022 · Thankfully, the YMCA doesn’t stop at saunas and steam rooms! The YMCA has a hot tub. Hot tubs are really good for sore muscles because the jets and warm water help loosen them.

Sep 25, 2009 · If men tend to be fully wrapped in towels going to and from, then follow that rule. You should at least have a towel between your skin and the bench in steam and sauna. I am told that men tend to like to see other men where shoes (flip flops or something) in the wet areas to avoid athletes feets.

Jan 24, 2022 · Although there are Korean saunas that have men only section for steam room and sauna and open showers, the best one in my opinion is the Fountain of Youth steam and sauna location in Flushing, Queens, NY.
