Oct 12, 2017 · I have to buy a uniform for my 7 year old daughter at Lands' End, a store I never shop at. She's small for her age, 45 inches in height, and 46lbs. Can I go by the sizing chart they provide, or does it run large? If any of you have experience with sizing in that brand, please give me the benefit of your knowledge! Thanks.

Feb 20, 2014 · Ok, so I checked the size charts for the elastic-waist shorts I was looking at for DS, and 3T is 20.5" and 4T is 21". Right now he is still wearing 3T pants (variety of different brands, though not Lands End) and those are a tiny bit too tight (and far too short). He still can't quite wear 4T pants since those are a tiny bit too loose.

Jul 11, 2022 · When DD was between sizes for skorts, we used to buy lands end (the bigger size) and then do a stich in the waist (aka fold over the fabric and sew together). That way the skirt can last a bit longer thru multiple years. You could never tell where the stich wasy (used similar color thread) and it looked just fine b/c a polo was over it.

Nov 19, 2019 · I'm your size in many brands, but in Lands End dresses and bathing suits I sometimes end up in a size 6 (with DD cups for the bathing suit tops). That said, a too big bathing suit is a problem, but with a winter vest, being slightly bigger is better than smaller IMHO.

Jun 28, 2021 · DD just finished K-8 and used Lands End they are true to size, but she has always been over 95th percentile for height and 25th for weight so I found the inseams short when we got the correct waist size. Her high school uses Flynn O'Hara. We just did a virtual fitting and all the sizes the employee recommended were perfect. DD is now 5'9.

Feb 25, 2021 · Both of them have similar quality for kids, but lands end offers more sales. My kids thought some of their patterns and colors were ugly (and my kids generally aren't picky), so check with them before you buy. I prefer lands end for women's clothes. LL Bean runs short and boxy.
