A warning to those who invest in their vehicle. I bought a set of 20" Vossen rims and subsequently mounted and balanced tires from Fitment Industries for my 23' S5 , paid $5000. The rims and tires shook like crazy. Over several weeks they had me go to 4 different shops to get reports on my dime and try and roadforce balance them.

Sep 14, 2023 · I do wheels and tires for a living. I’ve gotten quite a few of fitment industries wheels come through my shop and it seems that they provide convenience over quality. They’ll throw some crappy lugs and hub rings that won’t fit and a sticker to sweeten the deal on your pre scratched wheels. Stay away from them.

Jun 16, 2023 · Fitment industries was the only company I could find that had the exact wheel I wanted (even the actual manufacturer of the wheel didn't have the correct bolt pattern for my vehicle). I looked up reviews of fitment industries and was disappointed to see that people on Reddit were over all unsatisfied for various different reasons.

Nov 29, 2022 · SD Wheel, Custom Offsets & Fitment Industries merged. Shawn got bought out. Alex is getting divorced. Long story short Alex climbed the ladder too fast and they hired too fast. When the company stopped being as profitable as it once was people started to get an ultimatum. Quit or be laid off. People followed suit when Alex left.

I ordered wheels from Fitment Industries about a year ago they took double the time they said they would and they did not send me my coilovers and claimed I already had them. After many emails I did get my coilovers. When I got the wheels they gave me the wrong lug nuts and me being the idiot I am put them on and stripped a ton of studs on my car.
