Apr 15, 2022 · Charisma is more important in Fallout 2 than Fallout 1 in terms of speech formula. ST 5 (10), PE 7 (8), EN 4, CH 6, IN 7 (8), AG 10, LK 8 (10) Small Guns, Lockpick & Speech. Fast shot & Gifted. It's based on The Nearly Ultimate Fallout 2 Guide, but that build uses Finesse instead of Fast Shot. I prefer Fast Shot.

Especially if you use Killaps Restoration Project. Finish Fallout 2 before you draw too many conclusions, see how your choices affected the outcome, then play through again.
