Vegas has more than enough hotel rooms. Everywhere in America flies to it. Dead & Company fans travel. They may, and this is purely my speculation, do a small tour there. Hopefully 20+ shows over 4-6 weeks. The Sphere holds 18,600 people. Dead and Company could sell out 30 shows without a problem.

Feb 10, 2024 · A typical dead show in a typical venue0 this is not. Truth be told, we don't know. But logic dictates that the typical moving around one might do is going to be fairly limited in the Sphere. This may be compounded by the lack of a concourse where people can see/hear/dance. It is my understanding that no such thing really exists at the Sphere.

Each of these have their own way and have used The Sphere in a way for their audience. I will say that I feel U2 & Dead personalized their experience for the fans. The music and visuals creating a vibe. Loved the Barton Hall visual, the nod to the Fillmore with the red curtain, the squaring of the Sphere with the old ticket stubs/passes.

May 2, 2024 · The view of the Sphere was amazing. Seeing it dead center was awesome. However, the band and stage were pretty small. So small, that with the Sphere, I had to struggle to try and remember to watch the band. Also, the top and sides of the Sphere were slightly noticeable in my peripheral vision.
