As such: All AI nations are set to default/historical; Player avoids the more outrageous alternate history paths (no Communist Czechoslovakia, etc.)

It's a very involved game early on in managing the HRE, ensuring succession, gaining the Personal Unions over Hungary, Bohemia, Milan, and the Burgundian Inheritance, so unlike a lot of starts where you're sitting around for awhile, you jump right into the deep end with Austria.

Jul 20, 2024 · Mexico's head of state is called King / Queen even though it's an Empire. This is caused from Mexico's country tier accidentally being put as Kingdom rather than Empire. Changing it's country tier to Empire fixes the issue, which allows the Mexican Empire to have an Emperor / Empress. Steps to reproduce Enact the monarchy law as Mexico.
