7841 not aquiring DHCP - Cisco Community
Nov 10, 2017 · In some areas the 7841 phones intermittently loose the network, (network unavailable) You cannot even ping the phone. If you factory reset the phone, it will never even acquire an IP address. I can pull that phone out, and plug in a 8811 and it comes right up. I can also take the 7841 phone down the hall and plug it in, and it comes right up.

Apr 29, 2008 · CISCO SIP Phone 7841 shows up as Unprovisioned after the user logs out from Extension Mobility. We have configured 501 as line for all SIP phones, this will be permenantly showed on the IP Phones unless someone logs in using extension mobility, The Extension mobility will supress the 501 and will display the logged on profile.

Oct 7, 2020 · After the eligibility check, you can simply Download the eligibility results file and cancel the migration task. This eligibility check method will work with any Cisco IP phone model. Unfortunately, I found out that of the 151 Cisco 7841 phones only 4 of them were V04 or later (and thus only 4 were eligible).
