Nov 7, 2017 · The Foundling Museum with a statue of Thomas Coram. To the south of the museum is Coram’s Fields, so named after the benefactor Thomas Coram. This was the original location of the hospital itself. It was established by Coram in 1739 when the site had formerly been known as ‘Lamb’s Conduit Fields’.
