Nov 12, 2010 · It was important to go back with the same size rivets that came out of the assembly so that clearance for all the parts could be maintained. Any larger rivet would have caused bind in the door hinge or would have hit the glass inside the windshield frame. Next comes the disassembly of the frames themselves and the removal of the glass.

Jun 11, 2009 · Hi, I have searched everywhere and I cannot seem to find a windshield that matches my boat. So now I am basically looking for a U channel excrusion for my frame. I need a pretty long 7/8 inch with a 5/8 inside diameter. If anybody has any idea where to get metal boat extrusions or even a windshield for a 94 18 foot Aluminum Welded Bluewater.

Sep 7, 2005 · My windshield frame has spotty white corrosion all over it, probably from sitting under the cover, out in the rain 9 mo's out of the year. The cover kept the rain out but I'm sure the frame would sweat.<br /><br />The frame is annodized and I fear that I would rub thru the intact annodizing if I clean all the corrosion off of it.

How to mount/screw bimini top to aluminum framed windshield?
