Nov 21, 2017 · Suggest you forget about version 5.0. It belongs to the 20th century. Consider buying a modern version which is tested and confirmed by Adobe to run on Windows 10. If you don't want to subscribe to the full version of Photoshop then you could consider buying Photoshop Elements 2018 outright.

Oct 23, 2022 · Photoshop Elements 2023 will not open with Luminar 4. I have been told to download Rosetta 2 and did so but even though the download is confirmed I cannot open Photoshop Elements 2023 as there is no prompt to use Rosetta when I go to the Info section of Elements 2023 as instructed by the Luminar 4 folks. I have rebooted and still nothing happens.
