My 1967 Belmont Flatbottom - Performance Boats Forum
Aug 12, 2013 · The boat is a Belmont flat bottom, made by Smitty Weeks at Belmont Boats in Fresno, CA. Smitty was Dad’s friend so Dad was able to get the third 19-foot fiberglass flat bottom Smitty made. Smitty kept the first one for himself and another friend got the second one.

V-Drive Handling Question - Performance Boats Forum
Jun 18, 2020 · Circle boats, setup in reverse, torque the opposite way. Cav plate setup and prop selection play a huge role in controlling this, engine and strut placement will affect it to a lesser degree. Flaws in the hull itself such as warping or twisting coming out of the mold can exacerbate it as well, but I doubt that's the problem on that particular boat.
