Mar 25, 2016 · Picked up the new GLX yesterday, and now starting to fit her out; first is the Nudge Bar. I could have got the Bar installed by MMAL, but I am retired and my time is my own, so decided to buy the Bar and install myself.

Jul 18, 2017 · Take your time again with installing the grill as it is a tight fit between the nudge bar and frame of the car. Replace all the clips you removed and take your time as you can brake them again during install.
We install a nudge bar and switch panel on our Pajero
So we installed a nudge bar (second hand) and a switch panel to the Pajero.
Important : Check contents of fitting kit before commencing fitment and re port any discrepancies. Locate the vehicle in a suitable position. Rest the bullbar on a surface that will not scratch the bar. Remove the clips that retain the grille at the top. Keep for re‐fitment of grille.

May 2, 2015 · The main things that prevent fitting nudge bars are a couple of options fitted to only a few cars, eg, the genuine accessory heavy duty bash plate, the bumper protector fitted mainly to the RX limited edition cars, etc. - if you can post a couple of photos of the front of your car & underneath the front, it will be easier to answer your question.
Fit M10 x 1.25 x 30mm bolt, washer, spring washer and nut (supplied) through the top mount on each side of the bar. See figure 14. Tighten all bolts. Attach the parking sensors to the mounts in the bar as they were attached to the bumper.
Make sure bar is centralised and tighten all fasteners to specified torque. M8= 22Nm , M10= 42Nm , M6= 9Nm.
