Feb 28, 2023 · Thanks! I have found a fix that keeps Excel 2007 from running its configuration routine at every launch, which was my main complaint. Excel still posts a warning about stdole32.tlb at startup but as soon as I click on that box it closes and the spreadsheet loads. I may even have found a fix for that but haven't tried it yet.
