Tutorial Installing a AX210 Windows 10 Driver that works
Feb 10, 2021 · NOTE: As of 24 February, Intel has updated its installer to include the 22.30.0.11 driver. So the instructions are greatly simplified. I just went through installing a working Windows 10 driver for the Intel AX210. With credit and thanks to @avtella for his initial posts, I found a few details lacking. So here are the steps I followed.

Feb 10, 2021 · Try this driver from Intel’s site, not sure it made it to 5.11 before release. Last I used Linux for testing it was still 5.10 and had the same issue you describe. Unlike 5.11 which supports the AX210 I had to manually install the driver to even get it to detect the card. I think the driver below maybe newer than the one I used.

Feb 10, 2021 · The WPA3 issue is due to lack of H2E. To get working H2E (SAE Hash to Element) support aside from the 20.30.0.11 driver, I believe you need to also install an additional Intel NDA protected driver and need W10 21H1 Preview installed. Without that additional intermediary driver even if you upgrade to 21H1 you won't get WPA3 working on 6Ghz.

Feb 10, 2021 · 1) The Linux driver is not following the rules above and probing non-PSC channels. 2) The Linux driver is performing out-of-band discovery by looking at reduced neighbor reports in beacons and probe response frames in 2.4 and 5 GHz and the Windows driver is not.

Feb 10, 2021 · Interesting the 22.45 driver does not have the Advanced Option to enable the 6ghz channel. It is enabled without a specific instruction to do so. No registry tweak either. Whatever it is that is preventing the simple installation in Windows 10 can not be THAT big a deal. Why Intel can't figure out how to do this kinda hard to explain.

Aug 15, 2022 · With Intel's NIC, you can go do Device Manager, and in the card's advanced settings enable the Throughput Booster. While this will allow that client to reach higher speeds, it will negatively impact any other client also trying to use wifi at the same time. AX201 and AX210 throughput should otherwise be about identical.
What versions/builds of Windows officially support Wi-Fi 6E (6GHz)
Jul 25, 2022 · I've tried the 22.45.1.1 driver as seen here Fix for 6 GHz Wi-Fi on the Intel AX210 : framework (reddit.com) and the XPS 9520 does see and connect with that driver only using the latest release version of W11 and the Insider Preview Edition. No other driver works with either version of Windows on the XPS 9520.

Jan 1, 2024 · I have ran the same stream simultaneously on my Pixel 7 Pro through moonlight, and it does not experience this lag at the same time as the AX210 does. I also tried a TP-LINK USB dongle and while this didn't have as good range, I did not get the lag spikes. For the AX210, I've tried the following to no avail:

Apr 13, 2020 · Hi there, I have the same Intel Wifi 6 AX200 integrated in my Asrock taichi x570 and had to go upgrade FW for that when I changed to my new RT-AX88U. Make sure to check out so your driver not are lower than 20.10.1* (or later to resolve connectivity issues). Hope this will help you out.
