Dec 30, 2014 · We are using Revit 2015. Architext was the font we used in ACAD. I have found a .ttf called "Flux Architect" that is pretty much identical. The issue we're running into is that whenever a degree symbol is used in Revit, Revit translates it as a box since no degree symbol is connected with this font as can be discovered via the charmap command.

Jan 17, 2003 · A while back I was advised the method of applying symbols with this font, but it does not seem to work with mtext, only dtext. Is this normal? I am having to explode my mtext objects to get the symbol to appear. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! thanks- adam

Oct 26, 2017 · Flux Architect showing up as little boxes/not working in all text notes and editable tags but working in dimensions and legend titles and other miscellaneous annotations; In a text note, I could type and see the font perfectly, but once I clicked out of the text note---it would revert to the boxes . I figured out the following solution:

Mar 7, 2019 · I decided to try something new. I changed my font to something new other than the Flux Architect font. Once I did this, made a new dimension with the new dim style font. This time when I edited the dimension, it did not override the font of the dimension. This leaves me thinking it's some kind of glitch with the Flux Architect font in ACAD 2019.
