Jan 31, 2024 · If I took 700 mg a day, I still had the side effect, so I worked out the dosing for myself: I alternate 600 mg a day and 700 mg a day by adding an extra 100 mg every other day. That works like a charm; My feet are still a bit swollen, but they’re no longer numb.
