This event marks a notable step towards enhancing the campus’s greenery and reaffirms the institute’s dedication to environmental sustainability.

Our ancestors planted trees and nurtured them for years to give shade and also to protect from harsh weather conditions.

The institute is developing a number of land pockets as fruit orchards. The species of fruits are chosen to be ones that are not large trees. Plantation of fruit plants for the past couple of seasons have had limited success due to destruction by cattle and Neelgais. For this season though, we expect better results.
