Nine people were arrested, one firearm was recovered and hundreds of citations were issued after a street takeover this weekend inside the old Carousel Mall parking structure in San Bernardino.

This wasn't the first time the facility's owners have slammed car theft victims with hundreds in missed storage fees, either.
