Freezing conditions across South Louisiana continue to hinder water access Thursday after an historic winter storm with boil advisories and outages.
On Wednesday, crews were able to reopen Interstate 10 westbound from I-49 in Lafayette to the Texas border, but I-10 from Lafayette to Baton Rouge remained closed Thursday morning.
