According to Corning, Gorilla Armor 2 is a heat-treated, crystal-infused glass ceramic, making is superior to Apple's Ceramic Shield.

The Gorilla Armor 2 can survive serious drops, and will remain exclusive to the Galaxy S25 Ultra, it was confirmed.
