Burrell Behavioral Health is converting the former Rainbow House building in Columbia into a residential treatment facility to address Boone County's mental health service shortage.

Nearly six years after opening Talbot House Bakery and Cafe, a second location opened Monday in the East Tower at North Mississippi Medical Center.

An Isle of Wight care home will no longer provide nursing care after the decision was made to de-register the facility and switch to residential care.
