Penn State landed two wide receivers in the transfer portal last month: Kyron Hudson from USC and Devonte Ross from Troy. The Lions also have three wide receivers in their current recruiting class: Matthew Outten of Portsmouth, Va.; Lyrick Samuel of New York; and Koby Howard of Davie, Fla.

Former Penn State wide receiver Omari Evans has committed to Washington in the transfer portal. The addition to the Huskies’ 2025 transfer class is a much-needed pickup after the program parted ways with Johntay Cook II.
