Meagan Ann Dixon was charged with murder, child abuse and animal cruelty after the body of her 11-year-old son was found in an RV park in Sutter County.

Sutter County Sheriff Brandon Barnes said concerned neighbors called deputies, which led to the boy's body being discovered inside his mother's trailer.
