Gary Lineker will be replaced as the presenter of Match of the Day by a trio of presenters, with Kelly Cates set to make the move from Sky Sports

The BBC has announced a three-strong line-up to replace Gary Lineker as Match of the Day host at the end of the season. Kelly Cates, the daughter of Liverpool legend Kenny Dalglish, will present alongside Mark Chapman and Gabby Logan, all highly experienced figures in sports broadcasting.

Kelly Cates, Gabby Logan and Mark Chapman will share presenting duties on the iconic show, which celebrated its 60th anniversary last year, when current host Lineker steps down at the end of this season.
