The Texas Rangers have signed Paschal High alum Hoby Milner to a one-year contract, The left-handed pitcher, who turns 34 on Jan. 13, posted a 5-1 record with a 4.73 ER in 61 games for Milwaukee last season. The Rangers designated right-handed pitcher Owen White for assignment to make room for Milner.
