Five former Lakers players officially have a chance of getting inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2025.

The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame announced the list of eligible candidates for the Class of 2025 on Thursday, which is headlined by Carmelo Anthony, Maya Moore and Sue Bird. Finalists will be announced on Feb. 14 at NBA All-Star Weekend, while those chosen to be inducted will be announced on April 5 at the NCAA Men's Final Four.
