This place is amazing ! Incredibly well maintained, interesting and with a really good audio guide and a treasure hunt for the kids. Really mind blowing piece of history. Full review by Laura K
I have clients wanting to tour the Atlantic Wall. I don't see that there are tours there. How can they get there and what is the cost? They are staying in Brussels and heading over to Ostend.

I am not sure if they do group tours. You could go as a group that would not be problem. Each person has a set of headphones which you can tune into any European language. Not sure of the cost as I have not been there for a couple of years.
Let me revise my question: Can Any solo traveler to the Atlantic Wall Museum outside of Oostend describe his/her journey from the Brussels Airport? It appears that this Museum is open from 10:30 to 17:30 hours. Every day?? I cannot locate any website for this Museum. I assume that I should travel to Oostend, book a hotel, and then spend the next day at the Museum. Can anyone confirm my 'thinking"? Or, improve on my plan? Mahalo, Geo

Yes. You are thinking about this right. You should allow a few hours as it is a long walking tour. Plan to arrive before 2:30 if you expect to do the full tour. Please enjoy it
1. Best way to reach the Atlantic Wall Museum, from the Brussels Airport? ( train?) 2. Hotel nearest this Museum? Thanks! Mahalo!

Hi, You can take a train from the airport to Brussels and there you transfer to a train that goes directly to Oostende. (There are some trains directly from the airport to Oostende, but it will take you an hour longer because of the many stops at smaller stations) In Oostende you can take a tram next to the train station direction De Panne. Your stop will be "Domein Raversijde" (8th stop). First you will pass the stop "Raversijde" (7th stop), be sure to get off at the next one. Enjoy! Kind regards, Koen
