Yes it is. It is very easy. There are plenty of parking areas close to the animals. Park & walk around. You will need a full day to do the park justice.

First had experience: no animals other than Guide Dogs and Assistance Dogs may enter the zoo due to biosecurity requirements. However, a staff member is required to escort the dogs handler at all times and with several species of Zoo animals the dog must stay at a distance, or with regards to the big cats, they are not allowed into the viewing area at all, so as to not stress out the cats.
