Hi! I’m booking for December 22 for my upcoming family trip which includes 2 children ages 6yo and 3yo. Website says children’s tickets have to be bought at the ticket office in Shibuya Sky and not online (unlike Adult tickets). I am worried that the tickets for kids on the day might get sold out. Can I just buy adult tickets for all including the children so their slots are secured? I am aware of the price differences and it is okay. Thank you in advance!

The website says: ※Even if other tickets are sold out, tickets for Elementary School Students and Young Children (ages 3-5) will be available for purchase at the ticket counter on the day of your visit. ※Since tickets for Adults and Junior High & High School Students cannot be purchased on site for sold-out time slots, we recommend purchasing tickets online in advance. It also says adults tickets can’t be canceled. 20% fee will be charged. Sounds like you need to purchase for kids over 5 just in case they sell out.
