It may be possible but if it's rainy the steep hill getting to the elevator that goes down could be a problem. If you have one that is equipped for more rugged terrain that would probably work, but if it's the standard kind it may be hard. Also, parking is across a highway on a curve that may be dangerous to cross if it goes too slow.
