Prairieville Township is a civil township of Barry County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 3,334 at the 2020 census. According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 36.5 square miles, of which 32.8 square miles is land and 3.7 square miles, or 10.11%, is water.
