We are the City Church of Oxford, and our building stands at the old North Gate entrance to the city, right in the modern centre. We have served our city and nation for a thousand years. As a Christian community, we want to express the welcome of Christ. We believe that his love can transform us, and bring hope, courage and purpose to all that we do.

This historic tower built in 1040 and apparently Oxford's oldest building wa part of the wall into the town of Oxford. There are 97 steps to the top and an interesting clock. Full review by Oldjack
