Fun no matter how old you are! There is something to see for everyone. Planes, trains and automobiles. Nothing is done on the cheap and you can spend hours walking around. Full review by TomH2408

We are arriving by cruise into Steinwerder terminal at 8am and I have pre booked tickets with an arrival time for 9:30 -10:00. If there are delays with the shuttle into the centre and we are past 10:00 will we be turned away? I’m travelling with my elderly parents and whilst we plan to leave the ship as soon as we can. I don’t want to be constantly hurrying them up, I’m not planning on rocking up hours late but rather than totally stress about anything it would be good to know if there is some leniency in these situations.

Any online ticket purchase requires blocking a window of time for entry. For VIP deal with hotel, it is best to ask the particular hotel to arrange your time of visit for you.
