Is there somewhere to leave suitcases while touring the gardens?

Japanese garden is in Brackenridge Park next to the zoo. You should be able to walk Depending on which area of the park you want to visit, the park is pretty big!
You could probably just smoke in the parking lot. It doesn't take that long to tour the gardens. There's also a small indoor cafe, but smoking would not be allowed inside.
