Yes, there is a small cafe/bakery that sells light fares (muffins, ice cream, drinks). There's also an Irish pub down the street that has delicious foods.

how much to get in for an adult? and are there hiking trails?

Hi Mimi. It's not that kind of park, though it's part of the National Park Service. No fee to enter, but mostly theater, playground, art classes, carousel. All those have a distinct price.
