Tried to visit based on the good reviews but ended up driving through a caravan/shanty town with a road full of massive potholes to find it was closed! Full review by Petra798

Hi, I visited last month, they advertise their open times as follows:- Monday 7.00 pm to 9:00 pm throughout the year. April - October... Sunday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and June to September.. Wednesday 10:00am to 2:00 pm Extra opening on Bank Holidays and they will open the museum for groups of a reasonable size at other times. It's Free Admission. More information on Facebook.
