We visited India Gate, it is a nice walk, easy to walk around and see it from all angles. It is a WWO I monument, honoring the killed. Full review by hester2018

Hi ive never had a problem . Stick to main streets, dont go down alkey ways and definitely Dont go out at night on your own , use a taxi from hotel if you are unsure ... Jyoti Mahal and surrounding area is ok if you dont mind being steeped in it but if you prefer a bit more sedate look around Connaught Square area. Radisson Blu out at Dwarka Sector is good with rooftop pool and easy accessible by metro from airport and other attractions. Delhi Metro is brilliant, safe and very user friendly.
