I can't speak to whether or not they are open on the actual thanksgiving holiday. I can tell you that we were there during Canadian Thanksiving weekend in October 2015 (we went on the Saturday before). In fact, they had a special Thanksgiving poutine they were serving that sounded and looked incredible!
Can they accomodate a large group for lunch? We are celebrating our Golden Wedding Anniverasry in Niagra Falls on June 11th of this year and are planning to go to Niagra on the Lake for lunch. We will have 26 in our group.

They can absolutely accommodate 26 and I'm sure you will not be disappointed with the food. We had at least 26 at a brunch we held there the morning after our daughter's wedding. They did a fantastic job. The wedding was also held at the winery and we could not have been more pleased. Happy Anniversary!
