This is a beautiful lake. Crystal clear water. The water is cold in winter but it’s still worth the stop to catch some sun. There’s a 1 hour cruise from the boat area. Full review by TravelingBum52

Yes it is. There is a marina with docks and a boat launch. There is also some shore line but don't know if you have to pay to use the shore line or if it is for free public use.

Launching is probably easy, but be aware that kayaks are limited in the main body of the lake to stay along the shoreline, due to the heavy boat traffic. Once you get into the actual canyon area the scenery is much better and slower boat traffic.
