Cambridge Township is a civil township of Lenawee County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 5,722 at the 2020 census. According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 35.5 square miles, of which 32.0 square miles is land and 3.5 square miles is water, a total of 9.80%.
