There is history on the local people who lived in the area from the Native American Lennape to the current residents fleeing the City. There is a small history of immigration to the island over the years by different ethnic groups but nothing that specific. You might want to contact the museum directly if there is any information that you are seeking. It is a great little museum. Please remember it is off season and you have to contact the museum for appointment only hours.
