A stunning open air venue with performances of Shakespeare and other playwrights. We saw Anton’s Shorts, based upon the short stories of Anton Checkov. The ensemble was great. We understand the cast … Full review by MitchRosenfeld

Hi Susann, Thanks for your question. In case of inclement weather, we will make every effort to perform, including playing in light rain. Also, we may hold the performance to allow weather to pass. A decision to play or cancel will be made within approximately 45 minutes of the time the performance was held. If a performance is cancelled before the first intermission, refunds or tickets to another 2017 performance will be offered. If a performance is cancelled after the first intermission begins, refunds are not available but tickets to another 2017 performance will be offered. On average, out of about 100 outdoor performances a year, we have about 3 that are cancelled due to rain. Because the weather is so changeable where we are, we never cancel a performance before show time. Hope you'll come for a visit!

Hi Marisa, Thanks for your interest in coming to a show at APT. Unfortunately, we don't currently have the means to offer a shuttle bus to the Theater from Milwaukee, and I have been unable to find any available public tours coming to Spring Green from the Milwaukee area. If you're able to carpool or take public transportation to Madison, we do offer round-trip bus service from Madison to APT on select Sundays. You can find more information on the APT website, or call the box office at 608-588-2361. I'm sorry I can't be of more help. I hope you're able to make it to a play this summer. Please let me know if you have any questions. Take care, Jess Amend Marketing Associate American Players Theatre
